HOW WE DO
OUR PROCESS
We follow a robust yet flexible process inspired by the U-Theory from Otto Schamer (MIT) and design methods (design thinking, service design)
This facilitates the emergence of value thanks to co-built solutions combining both business and human inputs
To achieve a thorough sustainable impact, we adopt a HOLISTIC approach, operating at individual, team & organization levels
We work closely together at each step in a LEARNING-BY-DOING approach to make our clients autonomous
1. EXPLORE

We start by articulating the VISION, DNA, NEEDS and priorities.
Together we define the scope of the MISSION
We run an operational DIAGNOSTIC thanks to OBSERVATION, empathic QUESTIONING, reviews, feedbacks, clients or partners on-site visits…
2. CREATE

We run the co-creation process in 2 steps :
- DIVERGENCE to uncover the field of possibilities
and innovation
- CONVERGENCE to select the solution to prototype or build pilot
PROTOTYPES and PILOTS then need to be tested
3. TEST

TESTING and ITERATION go hand-in-hand to deliver value quickly to the clients and the business
This step-by-step approach enables to co-develop the optimal innovation and solution…
4. SUSTAIN

We elaborate the ROADMAP with the stakeholders
We can drive & DEPLOY projects and programs
Companies need to be agile, and continuously ADAPT to perform
in new environments.
When required, we support our clients sustainably to secure their business
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
OUR PRACTICES ON THE GROUND
We design and facilitate interactions to meet business objectives and needs
The type of FORUM will be chosen accordingly: workshops, team meetings, observations, surveys, experiential sessions, conferences, lessons learnt, hands-on trainings...
We engage at 3 levels: INDIVIDUAL, TEAM, ORGANIZATION
We can interact both INTERNALLY and EXTERNALLY to leverage on value within the value chain and the ecosystem
What does "FACILITATING A FORUM" imply?
-
Analyzing context, objectives and scope
-
Selecting the relevant approach, methodology, tools...
-
Engineering a tailored design
-
Identifying and involving the appropriate participants
-
Fostering action during and after the forum
