We follow a robust yet flexible process inspired by the U-Theory from Otto Schamer (MIT) and design methods (design thinking, service design)

This facilitates the emergence of value thanks to co-built solutions combining both business and human inputs

To achieve a thorough sustainable impact, we adopt a HOLISTIC approach, operating at individual, team & organization levels

We work closely together at each step in a LEARNING-BY-DOING approach to make our clients autonomous

1. EXPLORE

We start by articulating the VISION, DNA, NEEDS and priorities.

Together we define the scope of the MISSION

 

We run an operational DIAGNOSTIC thanks to OBSERVATION, empathic QUESTIONING, reviews, feedbacks, clients or partners on-site visits…

2. CREATE

We run the co-creation process in 2 steps :

- DIVERGENCE to uncover the field of possibilities

and innovation

- CONVERGENCE to select the solution to prototype or build pilot

PROTOTYPES and PILOTS then need to be tested

3. TEST

TESTING and ITERATION go hand-in-hand to deliver value quickly to the clients and the business
